Virtual Event Virtual Event

For Tu Bishvat, the Jewish celebration of trees, join us as we explore a Kabbalistic teaching on the holiness of trees. Together, we’ll study a mystical text and take part in a guided meditation inspired by its wisdom.

A simple, meaningful way to honor the day and connect with nature and tradition.

Dr Orna Triguboff holds a doctorate in Kabbalah from Sydney University, with a focus on the teachings of Rabbi Isaac Luria of Safed in the 16th century and the study of angels.

She trained with the Jewish Renewal movement in the United States, led by Rabbi Zalman Schachter-Shalomi, and received her rabbinic ordination through their program.

In addition to being a yoga and meditation teacher, Orna is the founder and principal facilitator of Neshama Life, an organisation dedicated to fostering spiritual growth and compassionate community through the wisdom of Jewish Mysticism.

Orna regularly offers courses and workshops on Kabbalah and Jewish meditation, teaching both in Australia and internationally.
