Jewish Care is pleased to present the next session in our Raising Healthy Families series.

Separation is by no means uncommon, yet many parents understandably feel overwhelmed, wondering how to move towards a positive co-parenting relationship.

In this session, clinical psychologist and founder of Co-Parenting Companion Tiffany Rochester will explore key skills and strategies to help parents navigate the journey to confident and relaxed co-parenting, including effective communication, setting boundaries, decision-making and conflict resolution – all while keeping the needs of children front and centre.

Tiffany Rochester is a clinical psychologist and Founder and CEO of Co-Parenting Companion, which focuses on supporting and resourcing separated parents to thrive in their co-parenting. As well as over 20 years of experience supporting families in transition, Tiffany is also a proud mum to two teenage sons.

Please note: In recognition that this may be a sensitive topic for some, participant attendance will be anonymous via Zoom Webinar.
