Perfect for active older adults who are looking for a modified Zumba® class that recreates the original moves you love at a lower intensity. The design of the class introduces easy-to-follow Zumba® choreography that focuses on balance, range of motion and coordination. Come ready to sweat and prepare to leave empowered and feeling strong. Each class will focus on all elements of fitness: cardiovascular, muscular conditioning, flexibility and balance!
Our Teacher: Tati Arriagada
Growing up in Chile, dance, music and exercise were an important part of Tati’s life. She did classic ballet for many years back home and, since 2010, when she moved to New Zealand, she started teaching Zumba and other group fitness classes. Tati moved to Australia in 2013 and has continued teaching and motivating participants into having a more active lifestyle. She loves teaching Zumba because it’s an inclusive program. She says, “you don’t need previous dance experience; all you need is your smile and a desire to have fun.”
