The Anne & Eric Smorgon Active Living Centre in Caulfield and the Gita Smorgon Family Active Living Centre in Windsor are a vibrant hub for our community. As more seniors choose to stay independent in their own homes, there is an increasing need for them to maintain connections within their own community.
Jewish Care likes to describe our Active Living Centres as ‘connection centres’, where seniors from the community can come and connect with others either through therapeutic interactions or through social programs.
Both Active Living Centres in Windsor and Caulfield are vibrant, bustling, light-filled spaces that offer a range of allied health and wellbeing programs for the community, to support seniors living independently.
Designed to support you in regaining, maintaining, and optimising your health and wellbeing, our Active Living Centres offers a wide range of supports, groups, and programs, including:
allied health services,
social support groups, and
respite programs.
There are a range of ways you can fund your attendance to the Active Living Centre:
