The app is designed to keep you informed and safe with real-time notifications, including community updates and announcements, missing persons bulletins and safety and security alerts.
JEAP’s comprehensive dashboard offers quick access to essential services:
Contact CSG: For community security needs
Call Hatzolah: For emergency medical assistance
Call 000: For immediate help from Victoria Police, Ambulance, or Fire Rescue Victoria
This update introduces a sleek new design, offering a modern and user-friendly interface with improved usability, allowing you to navigate the app with ease and efficiency.
Additionally, we’ve enhanced the app with new features, including the ability to upload multiple photos and a movable location pin for greater flexibility.
For Existing JEAP Users: For Existing JEAP Users: An update of the CSG & Hatzolah Jewish Emergency App (JEAP) is now available.
Please go to the app store and select JEAP, then press the ‘update’ button. Please note, you will be required to register within the updated app, regardless of whether you registered in the old version. No password is required.
For New Users: Download JEAP from your app store to access to all these features and contribute to the safety of our community.
