
In this new stage of Jewish life in Australia, many of us are feeling mobilised and seeking meaningful ways to contribute to our collective future. For the first time since its inception, LaunchPad Leadership 2025 is expanding its reach by opening the opportunity to participate to both existing communal leaders (professional, lay, philanthropic) as well as those who are unaffiliated, looking for new pathways to step up, lead and make a difference.

We are looking for Jewish innovators, change-makers, leaders and doers from across Australia. Ideal candidates possess a growth mindset, eager to engage in new learning opportunities, and include: – Professional Communal Leaders: CEOs, Executive Directors and General Managers etc. – Lay Leaders: Board and Committee Members – Philanthropic Leaders: Individuals who lead or influence funding decisions and philanthropic strategies in Jewish communal life in Australia. – Community Activists: Engaged community members who are leading/want to lead grassroots initiatives or campaigns that have a significant impact on Jewish life.
