Gilly’s has been providing excellence in early childcare education to the Melbourne Jewish Community for over 35 years.
We pride ourselves in being in a friendly, professional and family-focused early learning centre., Our curriculum is based on the practices and principles of the National and Victorian Early Years Learning Frameworks and incorporates our rich Jewish culture. In addition, we are a very-well resourced centre with a love of pets including rabbits, frogs, chickens, guinea pigs, frogs, birds, fish and a turtle, to name a few! Our centre is rated as “Exceeding” the National Quality Standards.
We are looking for enthusiastic, friendly, energetic educators with a passion for working with children and who share our uncompromising commitment towards providing excellence in early childhood education and care.
As an Educator, you will be pivotal in developing our children’s lifelong love of learning through play!
· Engage with children, families and team members
· Assist with daily centre practices, routines, room set-ups and activities.
· Support educators with children’s learning and documentation.
· Love of pets and the outdoor environment is a bonus.
Qualifications
· Approved ACECQA Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
Interest in obtaining Certificate 3 also considered. Internship available
Working with children check.
Training will be provided as well as ongoing personal development programs.
