Gross Waddell was founded by Michael Gross and Andrew Waddell in 1994 with a clear vision to help clients grow their wealth

As of 1st February 2021, Gross Waddell and ICR Property Group have merged to become Gross Waddell ICR, with Michael and
Andrew retaining their key positions and equity and ICR’s Managing Director, Raff De Luise becoming another significant equity
holder.
This merger will allow the two entities to access a large pool of resources with both well-established business each offering
almost 27 years of experience in commercial real estate, within metro Melbourne, regional Victoria and interstate.
