Community Club - Home Visits for Seniors

Make a new friend, create a meaningful connection!

Community Club matches trained, friendly volunteers with mature community members to develop meaningful friendships. Volunteers visit their new friends on a weekly or fortnightly basis, engaging in activities together such as playing card games, gardening, listening to music, cooking and more.
