Description
Koala Kids Foundation is as a volunteer-driven, not for profit organisation that provides small things that make a difference for children and young people undergoing cancer treatment, their families and their healthcare team.
Koala Kids is committed to providing educational and entertaining activities and quality consumables to distract and engage children from the pain associated with cancer treatment. We work closely with therapists and educators to provide students with quality resources across early learning, primary, secondary and tertiary studies. Families are able to join Koala Kids by registering on our happy base and choose from monthly activities and a whole range of therapeutic and other items to help manage pain and anxiety – we support the child with cancer, siblings, parents and immediate carers.
