In these challenging times, as we navigate the anxieties and stresses related to the situation in Israel, we understand the importance of support and empathy. That’s why we are continuing to offer free one-on-one counselling sessions.

These confidential sessions are a safe space to express your emotions, fears, and concerns, with experienced, empathetic counsellors ready to listen and guide you.

Remember, it’s okay not to be okay. Reaching out for help is a sign of strength.

Let’s lean on each other and find strength in our resilience. Together, we will heal and emerge stronger.
