After establishing themselves in the Port Melbourne Jewish community, Shlomo and Rivki Nathanson realised that there was a growing need for community support in regard to food security and social isolation.
Starting as a small initiative, focusing on reaching out to isolated individuals with the greater community, C Care has now grown to support over 1,600 people in need, connecting our community through food and friendship.
