1/3 cup oil
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1.5 cups grate
d carrots
1 cup self-rising flour
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
½ cup walnuts – optional
Mix oil, sugar and eggs then add rest of ingredients and mix together.
