United With Israel
🇮🇱 UNITED WITH ISRAEL AU NZ Vigil in Canberra 🕊🇦🇺
Today in Canberra, we stood united in a powerful display in front of the Parliament House. Representatives from Sydney, Melbourne, and Canberra gathered alongside around 50 Members of Parliament and Senators, many of whom graciously hosted us in their offices. We were honored to be present in the chamber during the reading of Senator Van’s motion for the return of the abducted and the unwavering support of the Australian government for Israel.
The warmth and hospitality extended to us during our meetings were a testament to the strong bonds between our communities. It was heartening to witness the genuine concern and commitment of Australian leaders towards the well-being of Israel and the safe return of those who are missing.
As we stood together, we felt a shared sense of hope and solidarity that transcends borders. The support voiced in the Senate reflects the enduring friendship between our nations. Let us continue to foster understanding and collaboration for a future filled with peace and prosperity.

Kite Celebration
“The annual Kfar Azza Kite Festival was due to be celebrated on Saturday, October 7th. Traditionally, a day meant to send the community’s message of peace to their Palestinian neighbours. As part of our BRING THEM HOME CAMPAIGN, and inspired by the Kfar Azza kite festival, we invite you to join us as a community for a Kite Making and Flying event. Help us send many kites upwards into the sky with a message of unity and hope. Bring your kite, or make one there, and dedicate your message to one of the kidnapped children.”

Israel Uncovered
Over the weeks the Israel advocacy presentation on the current war crisis “Swords of Steel”emergency campaign initiative kicked off with a huge turn out of participants coming to hear our home bread passionate professional Israeli educational leader; Erez Feinberg; an Israel Field Nation and Society expert, Chair of the Hebrew language and Israeli society and culture at Zionism Victoria and Head of Co-Curricular at SFPS. Erez also has deep ancestral roots in Jerusalem as an eighth generation Jerusalemite.
Erez introduced the session with great expertise and knowledge about the current war in Israel. The main topics which Erez touched on were the deep connection of the Jewish people to the land of Israel from 4,000 years ago; when Abraham walked the land of Israel, the history of the Jewish people and the truth about the origins of this conflict. The session delved into the different empires that ruled the land of Israel more than 3,500 years ago; none the less, he went on to say that hope and faith in our Jewish spirit has never been forgotten and there is a clear mission as to who we are and our purpose and meaning in life.
Erez concluded and provided a comprehensive understanding, clarity and hope to the future of Israel. The evening was emotional, meaningful and heartwarming where the community came together as one and stood in support, unity, warmth and love. Erez expressed we all have a collective responsibility to make this world a better place and that never again is now. Erez finished up the evening by initiating a group solidarity huddle where the entire group of participants stood arm in arm embracing in a circle whilst singing the national anthem of Israel; Hatikva. The Hope.
All proceeds in the new up and coming initiative will go directly to Israel. High priority Israel projects; ‘Emergency, crisis and relief appeals and campaigns!
