Romy is an Integrative Nutritionist, IIN Certified Health & Wellness Coach and Nutrition Educator, with over 20 years of experience working in the Nutrition and Food industry.

Taking an integrative approach at all times with her clients, Romy looks at the ‘whole’ person to help identify and understand the root cause of their symptoms and health concerns.

Whilst food and nutrition are a primary focus of her work, Romy believes we need more than just food to nourish, fuel and balance us – we also need to be nourished ‘beyond the plate’ through movement, sleep, mindset, relationships, career and more.
