Jewish Care’s Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider.
Disability Services provide a range of integrated programs for people with a disability. The programs all aim to promote and facilitate meaningful and valued access to, and participation in the community and mainstream life. We empower people with disability to make their own choices and assist them to follow their ambitions.
Range of services and supports available include:
• Respite services both in-home and through the Coppel & Piekarski Respite Services for children and adults
• Support Coordination – Planning and Support assistance
• Family & Carer Support programs
• Daily Living /Individual Support Services including outreach support services
• Accommodation through The Manders Villas – Independent Living (Private Tenancy) and Supported Disability Accommodation
• Employment Support through Jewish Care’s Employment Centre
