Description
ArtReach Collective
“Creative expression can foster healing and well being”
Philosophy:
Through integrative methods, art counselling can engage the mind body and spirit in ways that are distinct from verbal articulation, alone.
The creation or appreciation of art is used to help people explore emotions, develop self-awareness, cope with stress, boost self-esteem, and work on social skills.
Aim:
My goal is to utilize the creative process to help people explore self-expression and, in doing so, find new ways to gain personal insight and develop new coping skills.
By doing so, pathways are formed to understand conflict or feelings and ultimately resolution to those issues.
What I do:
I conduct guided art sessions for all levels and abilities according to each person’s needs in a safe and nurturing space.
Sessions are dynamic and engaging where children and adults can discover a creative outlet by pursuing their interests, enhance their imagination.
Art Mediums:
