Core has been open for over 13 years. Our Physiotherapists instructors are all also qualified Pilates instructors and we pride ourselves on the depth of knowledge and experience that our allied health practitioners bring to our practice. We offer early morning, late night and Saturday appointments and classes, so physio and Pilates slots right into your busy schedule. We treat children; offer teenage classes; cater to pre-natal and post-natal needs; assist with rehabilitation post-injury; assist seniors with balance and mobility; and work with elite athletes. Whatever your age, stage or goals, we’re here to support you.

HICAPS is available for all Physiotherapy, Functional Physio (1:4), Physio:8, and all Pre + Post Natal services and classes. That means that you can claim on the spot if you have private health insurance with the relevant cover.
