Description
MeTreat Retreats run relaxing and fun wellness retreats for busy and nurturing women that need time and space to replenish themselves. We encourage these caring, over-stretched and overscheduled women to say ‘Yes!’ to themselves by letting us spoil them rotten at our Victorian retreats.
Our women’s retreats offer the perfect combination of wellness, friendship and fun.
They provide busy and stressed-out women with the opportunity to take time out to:
• Reconnect with themselves and others
• Rest and rejuvenate
• Rediscover joy and their inner smile
• Refresh and revitalise their energy
Our guests leave our retreats feeling on top of the world, with lots of tools and strategies to make sure that they continue to feel uplifted, energetic, enthusiastic, creative and motivated when they return home. Chances are that they’ll also have made some incredible new friendships too!
