Yooralla is Victoria’s most established and recognised disability service provider. We have supported people with disability for over 100 years and continue to be a trusted service provider to people with disability with a broad range of circumstances.

Our expertise is a result of our long history working with people with disability, their families and supporters. As a large for-purpose organisation, Yooralla currently supports around 2,300 people of all ages who live with disability. We aim to tailor services, as designed by individuals, to suit their needs and their lives. Everything we do is based on our purpose for existing as an organisation to support people with disability to live the lives they choose.

We have a dedicated workforce of over 1,900 employees, including disability support workers, therapists, psychologists, support coordinators, inclusion support professionals, nurses, teachers and recreation coordinators. The quality of direct support by staff is a key driver of client satisfaction with Yooralla – clients report that our staff are friendly, supportive, respectful, attentive to needs and empower clients. Our ability to adapt as people’s circumstances change and evolve is valued by clients and their families.
